With an offensive rebound and a bucket by Sasa Vezenkov seconds shy of the buzzer, Olympiacos beat Unics Kazan 91-89 (82-82) and won 3rd place at the "Gomelsky Cup".

Lost to Efes and a bad performance

Olympiacos paid the price for a bad first half performance in the game against Anadolu Efes. Our team lost 70-78 and tomorrow (30/9, 16.00) will be playing against the losing team of the CSKA - Unics Kazan game for the 3rd place final of the "Gomelsky Cup".

Olympiacos completed the "Costa del Sol" tournament with a defeat. Our team lost 69-80 to Real Madrid, in a game that apart from many and important absences, David Blatt did not use Vassilis Spanoulis in the second half and Zach LeDay and suffered cramps and had to leave the game at 28’.
