What are the requirements for my Ticketmaster account password?
A valid Ticketmaster password must include:
- At least one (1) lowercase Latin letter
- At least one (1) uppercase Latin letter
- At least one (1) number
- A minimum of eight (8) characters
- It must not be identical to your previous two (2) passwords
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, hover over “My Account” in the upper-right corner of the website and select “Forgot your password? Reset here.”
Enter the email address used during registration and click “Send.”
You will receive a confirmation email titled “Ticketmaster Password Reset.” Follow the link provided to create and save your new password.
If you do not receive email, check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, and Trash folders.

How can I make changes to my account information?
Log into the website, hover over your account (top-left corner when logged in), and select “Account.”
Update your information and click “Save” to apply the changes.
Ticket Purchase Process
What do I need to purchase a season ticket for the 2024-2025 season?
To purchase or renew a season ticket, you must be an active Member of Olympiacos' Amateur Sports Club (Membership Card 75€) via www.olympiacossfp.gr or by calling (+30) 211 1007 060.
Required information:
- Full name
- AMKA (Greek Social Security Number - for Greek citizens only)
- ID number
- Mobile phone
- Nationality
- Olympiacos CFP Membership Card
What do I need to purchase a single game ticket for the 2024–2025 season?
To purchase a single game ticket, you need the Fan Card of the Olympiacos' Amateur Sports Club (15€), via www.olympiacossfp.gr or by calling (+30) 211 1007 060.
Required information:
- Full name
- AMKA (Greek Social Security Number - for Greek citizens only)
- ID number
- Mobile phone
- Nationality
- Olympiacos CFP Fan Card (15€)
The system does not accept my Membership Card code.
The Membership Card code must be entered into uppercase Latin characters (e.g., M00234567).
The AMKA or Membership Card number I entered appears as already used. What should I do?
Each AMKA and Membership Card is strictly personal and can be used only once for a season ticket.
If a previous attempt was unsuccessful, wait at least 15 minutes for the system to release the information before trying again.

I completed the purchase process, but I received an “invalid transaction” message. What should I do?
If you receive such a message, the purchase was not completed.
Possible reasons include:
- Temporary network interruption or low Internet speed
- Delayed bank approval
- Card security settings
- Insufficient balance
- Other technical or banking issues
Any pre-authorized amount will be automatically released according to your bank’s policy.
The available time expired, and I could not complete my purchase. Was my card charged?
You have approximately 10 minutes to complete your transaction after selecting your seat.
If time expires, the seat is released, and any temporary charge is automatically refunded.
I entered my card details, but I did not receive confirmation. What happened?
If the transaction was successful, you will receive a confirmation email (“Reservation Confirmation”).
If not, no charge was made.

Up to what age do children enter for free?
