Children and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Hospitality

As part of Olympiacos B.C.’s Social Responsibility Program, we host children and young athletes in the stands of the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF) during the team’s home games in the Stoiximan GBL.

Schools and sports clubs wishing to participate in the program are kindly requested to follow the procedure below:

  • Submission of a request via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., at least 15 to 20 days prior to the date of the game they wish to attend.
  • Required information: name of the School / Club / Institution, name of the contact person, mobile phone number, and the total number of children and accompanying adults expected to attend.
  • Following confirmation, and no later than five (5) days prior to the game, an Excel file must be sent to the above email address, including three separate columns: First Name - Last Name - AMKA (Social Security Number).
  • One (1) accompanying adult is entitled to free admission for every 8 to 10 children. Any additional accompanying adults, parents, or guardians must purchase tickets at the applicable rate for school and club hospitality sections.
  • Upon completion of the procedure, applicants will be informed about the ticket collection details. Tickets will be issued electronically, in accordance with the current Gov.gr digital ticketing system.
  • Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, due to the limited number of available invitations.
  • Lists submitted via email without prior timely phone communication to confirm availability, ticket collection method, and arena access will not be accepted.

 

Seats for Persons with Disabilities (PWD)

For attendance at EuroLeague and Greek League games, interested parties are kindly requested to complete the game-specific expression of interest form, accompanied by a valid disability certification, for:

  • reservation of a PWD seat in a designated section
  • reservation of a wheelchair-accessible position

A strict priority order is applied for each game.

The opening of the reservation process is announced through the official game press releases.
Arena entry is conducted via Gate 8 and requires either proof of access (for wheelchair users) or an electronic ticket.

No requests will be accepted less than ten (10) days prior to the game date. Requests are accepted up to five (5) days before each game.

Required Information for Each PWD Seat Request:

  • KEPA Disability Certification for each person with disabilities, with a clear indication in the email subject whether the request concerns a wheelchair position or a seated position.
  • Full name and AMKA of the person with disabilities, clearly stated in the email body.
  • Full name and AMKA of the accompanying person, also clearly stated in the email body.
  • Requests that do not meet all of the above requirements or are submitted late will not be accepted.
  • A response will be sent approximately two (2) days prior to the game, subject to availability, and the ticket will be issued electronically.
  • Instructions regarding the wheelchair entry procedure will be provided via email.

Entry to the stadium is not permitted without prior written confirmation.
