  1. Ticket Issuance

1.1. The purchase of a ticket and the subsequent access and stay of its holder at SUNEL ARENA or at any other stadium used as its home venue by OLYMPIACOS BC (the “Stadium”) for the purpose of attending a specific basketball match are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Entry, as determined by the competition and disciplinary regulations of Stoiximan GBL and EUROLEAGUE, the provisions of Law 2725/1999 and any other applicable legislative or regulatory provision, as in force from time to time, as well as the decisions of the competent State authorities concerning measures for the prevention of violence and access to stadiums in general.

1.2. The purchase of a ticket and admission to the match are subject to the identification requirements applicable by law from time to time, as well as to the requirements for holding a Fan Card, where required for the specific match. The ticket holder is required to provide and declare complete and true information and to complete the required identification procedure in due time. If the ticket holder does not meet the legal requirements for admission, entry shall not be permitted, without prejudice to the rights afforded to OLYMPIACOS BC under the applicable legislation.

Subject to any more specific provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions, the ticket shall be valid exclusively for the match, competition and seat or zone indicated thereon, as well as, in the event of postponement or change of the match, in accordance with Article 9. The ticket does not confer any right to attend another match or any right to a seat in a subsequent competition season.

1.4. By purchasing and/or accepting and/or holding a ticket and/or using a ticket that provides access to the Stadium, the holder: (a) confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted; and (b) agrees to be bound by and comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

  1. Use of Ticket

2.1. Access to the Stadium with the ticket may not be used (nor is any authorisation granted in any manner whatsoever for such use) for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including draws, competitions, etc.) or for any other commercial purposes without the written permission of OLYMPIACOS BC.

2.2. The ticket holder is responsible for the issuance and presentation of the ticket in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.

2.3. Tickets acquired from third parties or from anyone other than OLYMPIACOS BC and the providers authorised by it shall be considered invalid and their holders shall not be permitted to enter the Stadium.

2.4. The unauthorised sale or use of a ticket constitutes a criminal offence and entails criminal and administrative sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. OLYMPIACOS BC shall inform the Hellenic Police and any other competent authority if it is established that a ticket has been sold or otherwise made available unlawfully. The information provided to the Hellenic Police may include the personal data of the actual ticket holder, information concerning the infringement and the purchase of the ticket or tickets (including payment details), in order to identify offenders and prevent incidents at matches.

2.5. Any ticket acquired or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Entry, as well as the provisions of sports legislation in general and the decisions of the State [including, indicatively and without limitation] concerning measures for the prevention of violence, shall be automatically cancelled without any liability on the part of OLYMPIACOS BC, and all rights arising from such ticket shall be cancelled.

2.6. The provision of a ticket to a minor is permitted only on condition that a ticket is simultaneously purchased by a person exercising parental responsibility over the minor.

2.7. Any person seeking to use a ticket in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Entry in order to enter the Stadium or remain within the Stadium during a match shall be treated as having unlawfully entered the Stadium and may be denied entry or removed from the Stadium for the specific match and/or his/her ticket may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the ticket in accordance with these Terms, no money shall be refunded to its holder. OLYMPIACOS BC further reserves the right to take any legal action against any person it deems appropriate in relation to the above matters, including reporting such person to the police and prosecutorial authorities and bringing legal claims for loss of profits arising from the unauthorised use of the ticket.
