Kostas Papanikolaou wrote yet another golden chapter with Olympiacos, as he reached 800 games in the 'red & white' jersey with his participation in the game vs Aris.
The team captain became the first player in Olympiacos' basketball history to reach this milestone, as he was already the club’s all-time participations leader, having surpassed the other two legendary captains, Vassilis Spanoulis and Giorgos Printezis.
To reach this incredible number, Kostas Papanikolaou played 399 games in the EuroLeague, 359 in the Greek league, 34 in the Greek Cup, and 8 in the Super Cup.
