Olympiacos BC has signed the American guard, Dwight Buycks for the next year and a half.

The new Olympiacos signing, Dwight Buycks, arrived in Greece Tuesday evening (February 18).

A decimated Olympiacos (with Vassilis Spanoulis, Giorgos Printezis, Taylor Rochestie and Vassilis Charalampopoulos being out due to injuries) played with a lot of heart and succeeded to beat the European Champion CSKA with a 72-59 score!

Vassilis Spanoulis has suffered a rapture of the peroneal tendons of his right foot. The damage shall be dealt with surgery.

Bayern's hopes to advance to the TOP 8 are now limited. However, the German team (that has lost five consecutive games) remains a dangerous opponent.
