The catch!
n January 2024, Olympiacos sought to strengthen the “5” position, which at the time was struggling due to injuries among the big men, and signed Moses Wright.
The American players, acquired from Turkish side Merkezefendi BB Denizli, proved to be a gem, which led to the decision to keep him on the team for the 2024–25 season. However, he was quite unlucky, missing most of the year due to a serious health issue. Wright celebrated with the Piraeus team a Greek Cup (2024) and a Greek League title (2025).
