In the post game press that followed the end of the game between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Olympiacos for the 36th round of the EuroLeague, Giorgos Bartzokas commented the following:
«It's a fantastic road win against Hapoel, that is a very talented team especially offense wise and at the same time one that uses many defensive tricks. Our defense in the second half was compact except for some parts when we should have used a different approach. But in all respects, it's a win that definitely gives us home court adantage and that is something we were after since the beginning of the season. So, I want to congratulate the players, while I also need to address the fans. This crazy atmosphere here, playing on the road, is something wonderful and duly appreciated. The whole team, the players, the owners, the front office, the coaching staff and I personally are grateful for the support we received tonight. We promise we are going to give it all to succeed this season».
