Sloukas: «We need to win no matter what»
Kostas Sloukas signaled the regrouping and attacking back in view of tomorrow’s (15/10, 20.00 CET) game against Zalgiris for the 4th round of the Euroleague.
“We don’t duel on the game against Barcelona. We are moving on, because tomorrow we play an even more important game. Tomorrow’s game is going to show us how far our team can go this season”, the ‘reds’ guard pointed out and went on to say: “It’s a must win game. It’s a must win home game and we know very well that it is imperative we win these games. It’s definitely going to be hard. We are coming from a difficult trip and a difficult game, that’s why I think that tomorrow’s game is going to show us the path”.
Asked if he’s afraid of fatigue after the tough game against the ‘blaugrana’ as well as the return trip that followed, he replied: “No, I’m not afraid of anything. There’s no excuse. This game is 100% ours and we need to win it no matter what”.
