“There have been enough good moments throughout the season and I hope you have learned something. Nobody, who wants to reach the top, works under without pressure. You are half a step away from the top, maybe you are already there, but be good with yourselves. Life is yours and you have the make the most of it both as basketball players and as human beings.

To get back what we gave away this year, you have to learn not to lose your temper, and not to do to the next guy whatever it is that upsets you. The most important thing is to discover yourselves.

I’m happy to be in your company, every day I learn something and I have learned a lot from you. I really believe in you, but because you have talent, you are easily taken by the flow. I hope you rest well; you have to think and become better. Don’t stop working on your minds and bodies. Next day is going to be better than the last one”.

The “red and whites” have a two weeks leave and then they will be informed on the schedule they are going to follow, given the fact that most of the team players are internationals. The two younger players (Papanikolaou – Sloukas) will begin practices on Tuesday with the U-21 team, while the foreigners will be leaving immediately for their countries.
