A victory and a great defense
Olympiacos beat Panionios 83-57 in a friendly game that was held in the Peace and Friendship Stadium. The “reds” played excellent defense from the beginning and gained control of the game, which they did not lose till the end.
Dusan Ivkovic used all thirteen of the players at his disposal and various combinations in order to prepare his team in view of the Euroleague premiere next Friday in Bilbao against the local team.
The fact that the “reds” shared equal minutes was obvious in all stat categories, since no player really stood out.
