In relation to today's publications in the sports paper of the former President of Panathinakos BC, that are completely twisted and distorted, I have to clarify the following:

NEVER was I summoned to recant on any of my statements referring to doping controls,

NEVER was I summoned to recant on any of my statements that were referring to the balancing sheets of Panathinaikos BC,

NEVER was I summoned to recall my statement that D. Giannakopoulos is illegally retaining his post since it was deprived of him, since it wad decided to be "true and does not defame the sport of basketball",

NEVER was I summoned to recall my statement that D. Giannakopoulos is being investigated for illegal betting, since it wad decided to be "referring to a true fact".

All the more, so as to satisfy the only late wish of D. Giannakopoulos for clarity, I hereby present an exact excerpt of the memo I had submitted in writing to the Sports Judge:

"5. The investigated statements, as presented in Your decision, are quoted as that:

* "Also, it would be good for Mr. Chantzos not to be going into the bellows with 'muscle' but rather for him to come to broad day light and talk with us like real men. He should not be hunting people, Olympiacos delegates with muscle".

* "We don't want a hooligans League… What would happen if I publish the "Red" newspaper and swear and slander daily?"

Taking the above into consideration and since I don't wish that my clarifications submitted with the 15.12.2014 memo are considered evasive or disobedient, I already, in compliance to your decision no 58/18.11.2014 I acknowledge that the above statements exceed the necessary critical point of view, since my attention had never been to adhere to the whole A1 League the idea of a League where the power of enforcement and the degradation of institutions are the norm, but rather to call upon the illegal behavior of a certain Administrative Agent and for this reason I recant with the present".
