Bartzokas: «The win is what counts»

Olympiacos had an easy evening in Karditsa, however, there were times in the game that left our coach, Giorgos Bartzokas, not satisfied with his players' performance.

"Congratulations to Karditsa for the wonderful atmosphere. The gym was packed with families and kids. It was a very pleasant experience for all of us. I hope it was the same for those who watched the game, despite it not being of high quality. It was somehow decided very early on, the game was not competitive and at times we appeared to be lacking a serious approach, doing more than we should have. We had to play a simple game. Anyway, what counts is the win. We have had many absences, and we are now focusing on the next game. I wish Karditsa good luck. They have been playing under very difficult circumstances on the road and I hope they win the games they need to save the category".
