GIANNIS SFAIROPOULOS:  "Congratulations to the players for their focus and their readiness. We were serious for 40 minutes and I congratulate them. Lavrio is not what you saw today. They are a combative team. That's why we wanted to come in focused and play a determined game. We respect our work and the opponent and we proved that with our performance. I don't want to talk about numbers, but 32 assists are indicative of team spirit. The game shows that we are on the right path both game and mentally wise. We want to continue with good performances. Congratulations to the coach and to Lavrio and I wish them all the best. Records are mainly for the fans and the reporters. We weren't after any record. We wanted to remain serious and do our job on the floor the best way possible. We are not all that interested in whether records are made. We want to be serious and bring the things we try at practice on the floor regardless of the opponent. We want to play the same way either we play Lavrio or a Euroleague game. This is important for me".

MICHALIS TSAIRELIS: "We knew we had to face a very dangerous team that plays very aggressively on both ends of the court. So as to not be surprised, we remained very focused, brought a lot of energy in our defense and hence the result".

CHRISTOS SERELIS: "It's a tough result, not because we lost to Olympiacos, but due to the difference. Olympiacos is a team that can make the Euroleague final. They left us no room. If there is anything positive in the game, is the way Olympiacos dealt with us. They did not allow us to be competitive. It was a good lesson for the team. We'll try through 'reading' the game to be competitive and save the category".

GIANNIS KAPONIS:  "We faced one of the greatest teams in Greece. We knew that the encounter would be tough. We tried to show the best face we could. We did it up to a point, but mistakes cost us. The difference does not reflect our quality nor our passion".
