Dusan Ivkovic’ “reds”played their best game in the series and despite the fact they were playing without Antic (neck spasm) and Law (viral infection), never let the guests any room to doubt them.

The first half of the game was balanced, with Olympiacos being the one in control. In the beginning of the second half, the Piraeus team stepped on the gas and using excellent defense as their weapon reached an easy 87-66 victory.

DUSAN IVKOVIC: It was a good game for us. I had told my players that Panionios is a very good team and they have now helped us come back to good playing rhythm.

We are suddenly left without two basic players. Law is in terrible shape with the food poisoning and Antic has had a neck spasm.

I think that both them are going to be ready from Monday on. We continue and we are now going to try and build a good schedule. We don’t have many solutions with 13 vacant days until the Final Four, but we just continue working.

Dorsey has to understand some things and I’m going to be talking to him in person. He came back very fast, but I have to explain to him how he should be reacting. He doesn’t have European experience, but I think we are going to find a good solution for the team.

GIORGOS PRINTEZIS: I believe that we are lucky to be playing against such a good and serious team like Panionios.

We got much better tonight in regard to turnovers, making only 10, but also with assists since we passed 22.

It would be good to play a couple more game, but since this can’t be done, we need to prepare the best possible way for the game against Barcelona in the Final Four.
