Today, we all become witnesses to unique circumstances. The Hellenic Basketball Federation through official communication and supported by same context announcements by Panathinaikos BC asks from ASEAD (Supreme Court for the Resolve of Sports Disputes) to explain its decision after characterizing it of "newfound vagueness!!"
Olympiacos BC has appealed to ASEAD requesting that the decision of the Sports Judge of HEBA is annulled and the game for the Greek Cup competition is decided in its favor. The ASEAD decision accepts the appeal in its entirety, judging for the validity of it on both legal and substantial counts. Also, ASEAD rejects the additional intervention of Panathinaikos BC that indented to suppress possible annulment of the game.
The Federation's initiative to address letters to ASEAD with defamatory characterizations as to its decision is unacceptable. Of course, this way, it once again projects its negativity towards Olympiacos.
Olympiacos BC considers the avoidance of setting a date for the semi final game against PAOK a scandal.
