Olympiacos BC announces that the judicial dispute with Thodoris Papaloukas is officially over. The two parties, in a spirit of good will and mutual understanding, agreed to solve the issue in compromise and as a result, the appeal of Olympiacos BC in front of CAS shall be withdrawn.

Olympiacos BC acknowledges the offer of Thodoris Papaloukas to the team and wishes that he maintains his positive presence in basketball world as in the world of sports in general.
