Kimon Saccopoulos is a graduate from Athens College (Seniors 1994). He has acquired his BSc in Business Management (Cum Laude distinction), majoring in Marketing, from North Carolina State University, and then moved on to Great Britain to get his MSc in Marine Policy with a specialization on Shipping and Trade, from Cardiff University. He has also successfully completed the ALBA program in 2006 acquiring the Diploma in Management Studies.
Coming back from his studies, he worked for three years at Eletson Corp. shipping company, at the Safety & Quality Dpt. In 2003, he joined the Athens Organizing Committee for the 2004 Olympic Games, working in the Ticketing Dept. as a Project Manager.
He has also worked at the Marketing Dpt. of ETEM Co. (VIOCHALCO Group of Companies) and ASPIS Bank, while he has also participated in various projects of the consulting firm PC&C.
From June 2008, he is working at the Marketing Dept. of Olympiacos BC, initially holding the Brand Manager position and then as Sponsoring Marketing Manager. He is born on December 6th 1975, married and a father of two girls.
