Statement by Christos Bafes

Following the end of the game against Zalgiris, the Sport Director of Olympiacos, Christos Bafes, made the following statement…

“During the last play of the game, the technical team of Zalgiris had instructed for a foul. Just before Walkup moved towards Sloukas, you can clearly hear them call “foul now”.

They made the foul but it was never called, giving Zalgiris the win. We expect Euroleague’s official position on the play that decided the result”.
